Cancellation Policy

Dryzone Solutions LLC Booking Policy At Dryzone Solutions LLC, we strive to provide exceptional water, fire, and mold mitigation services to our clients. To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process, please review our booking policy below: 1. Booking Appointments Customers can book a free estimate conveniently through our online booking system. All appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email once accepted. 2. Business Hours Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The last appointment of the day will be scheduled at 3:00 PM. We serve clients within a 75-mile radius of Camillus, NY. 3. Emergency Services For emergency services outside of regular business hours, please call 315-975-2942. Additional charges may apply for emergency services. 4. Free Estimates Estimates are provided free of charge and are non-binding until accepted and a contract is signed. Please note: If there is an active water leak, it must be resolved prior to the estimate appointment. The homeowner or property owner (if a business) is required to be present during the estimate. 5. Rescheduling and Cancellations Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. While we do not charge fees for late cancellations or no-shows, we kindly ask for timely notice to accommodate other clients. 6. Payment Terms For all services, 50% of the payment is required prior to the start of work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Accepted payment methods will be discussed during the estimate or contract signing. 7. Confirmation Process Once your booking has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with the appointment details. 8. Service Area Dryzone Solutions LLC proudly serves clients within a 75-mile radius of Camillus, NY.
